Policy-controlled crypto mini-app

SP-CRYPTO · SELF-HOSTED

Watch the chain.
Keep your keys.

Crypto Sentinel combines Bitcoin and EVM address watchlists, activity alerts, a focused market feed, and an optional non-custodial wallet inside Global Chat. Seed material is protected by Android Keystore and every transaction is signed on the phone.

Monitor first. Sign only when you intend to.

Monitoring uses public addresses. The optional wallet adds local custody and signing without turning the SecurePhone appliance or Commerce Hub into a crypto custodian.

01

Address watchlists

Track named Bitcoin and EVM addresses, balances, and recent activity without importing spend keys.

02

On-chain movement alerts

Surface meaningful activity from monitored addresses inside the same private workspace used for coordination.

03

Device-bound seed protection

Create or restore a BIP39 wallet whose encrypted seed is wrapped by Android Keystore, using StrongBox when the hardware provides it.

04

Local transaction signing

Review destination, amount, network, fee, and nonce on the phone before private keys sign locally.

05

BTC, ETH, USDC + USDT

The wallet covers Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC, and mainnet-only USDT while making network status explicit.

06

Independent policy gates

Administrators can hide the wallet entirely and keep mainnet disabled until security review and deployment acceptance are complete.

Controlled user flow

From a public address to an intentional broadcast.

Monitoring and spending remain separate, with explicit recovery and review steps before a signed transaction leaves the endpoint.

01

Build the watchlist

Add public Bitcoin or EVM addresses and name them for the account or operation they represent.

02

Create or restore locally

When wallet access is allowed, generate or restore the seed on the phone and store the recovery phrase offline.

03

Review and sign

Confirm the destination, amount, network, fee, and nonce before the endpoint signs.

04

Relay the signed transaction

The appliance can proxy balances, fees, nonces, and broadcasts, but never receives the seed or private key.

Controlled preview boundary

Non-custodial does not mean risk-free.

The wallet is testnet-first and mainnet stays policy-disabled pending an independent security review. SecurePhone cannot recover a lost seed, reverse a transfer, or guarantee external chain and RPC-provider behavior.

Review security architecture
01

Mainnet remains locked

Keep mainnet disabled until independent review and deployment acceptance are complete.

02

Recovery is the user's responsibility

Recovery phrases must be stored offline; neither SecurePhone nor the operator can restore them.

03

The portal is not a custodian

It relays blockchain data and signed transactions, but never stores wallet seed material or private keys.

04

Not a financial intermediary

This is wallet and monitoring software—not an exchange, custodian, brokerage, or investment recommendation.

Scope the rollout

Start with monitoring and a testnet wallet preview.

Choose monitored networks, wallet policy, supported devices, recovery procedure, and the security acceptance gate for future mainnet use.
